We are currently searching for Part-Time and Full-Time Managers to work in the Downtown Alexandria location. We are looking for an individual with previous managerial knowledge. You should have high energy and be passionate in your job. Creating connections with the customers is essential in a restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, developing talent, and exceeding expectations!

You must meet the following conditions to be considered for this job:
– Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
– Must have current Food Protection Manager Certificate from Serv-Safe, NRFSP, Prometric/ExperiorAssessments, 360 Training, or State Food Safety/Above Training
– Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, evenings, and holidays
– Computer skills and prior experience managing office paperwork
– Experience with MICROS or other POS technology

Job requirements/responsibilities:
– Overseeing and leading front and back of day-to-day store operations
– Maintaining the bar area
– Following the appropriate procedures to open and close the restaurant
– Monitor restaurant equipment and staff to ensure that the restaurant is properly equipped to achieve desired results and secure the guest experience
– Inspect dining areas, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety; take immediate action to correct any issues
– Ensure side work is completed daily and dining room supplies are stocked appropriately; report any supply shortage to corporate
– Accurately fill out order sheets and send them to the main office at the appropriate times
– Unpack order shipments and ensure everything on the invoice is received
– Ensure that guests are served according to ourstandards, anticipate customers’ needs
– Address guests concerns/service issues and identify appropriate solutions (conflict resolution)
– Knowledge of the menu, ingredients and prices
– Knowledge on how to translate financial reports, maximize profit, and maintain store budget
– Increase sales to leads
– Possess an adequate knowledge of HR policies and procedures
– Possess a high work ethic
– Effectively assess, hire, and train talent
– Effectively develop future leaders in order to sustain growth and maximize results
– Work with Marketing Coordinator to promote store location
– Keep corporate updated on restaurant happenings
– Perform other duties as needed

– Walk and stand throughout the entire shift
– Reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe
– Frequently wash hands

– Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures
